At Overnight , we design our products using sustainable materials and with meticulous attention to detail. We take pride in the quality of our accessories, which are made in Quebec, and we guarantee our products against any manufacturing defects .
Warranty Period
Lifetime warranty
Our products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty covers:
- sewing defects
- magnet defects
- defects in zippers, straps, or fasteners
- manufacturing defects that affect the product’s normal use
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by improper installation
- improper or abusive use
- punctures, cuts, or burns
- damage caused by animals
- modifications or repairs made by the customer
- Custom products ordered incorrectly (wrong van model selected)
Custom Products
Given the custom nature of many of our products, items that are made-to-order or custom-made are non-refundable.
However, they remain covered by this warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Claim
If you believe a product has a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us with:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- clear photos of the product
- the model of your van
Our team will quickly assess the situation and recommend the best solution:
- repair
- replacement
- store credit
Shipping costs
For claims made more than 12 months after purchase, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our workshop. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Overnight will cover the cost of repair, replacement, and shipping of the repaired or replaced product.
