Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Custom-made window covers are neither refundable nor exchangeable, unless the product does not meet the dimensions provided at the time of ordering or is received damaged.
Discounted items are considered final sales. They cannot be returned or exchanged, without exception.
Exchanges
It is possible to make an exchange or a return for other products. However, if the return is not related to a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs as well as the costs related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
