Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as when received
- in its original packaging
- along with proof of purchase
Return shipping costs
If the return is requested because the customer no longer wishes to keep the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is related to:
- anerror on our part
- a manufacturing defect
- a product that was damaged upon delivery
- a defective item received
We will send you a prepaid return label along with all the necessary instructions for returning the package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damage and Order Errors
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If an item is:
- defective
- damaged
- incorrect
- incomplete
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and offer a solution.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, window covers are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the following cases:
- The product does not match the dimensions ordered
- The wrong model was sent
- The product was received damaged
- a manufacturing defect is found
Items on sale or in clearance are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products.
However, if the return or exchange is not due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the following costs are the customer’s responsibility:
- initial shipping costs
- return shipping costs
- shipping costs for the replacement item
Refunds
As soon as we receive your return, our team will inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your financial institution or credit card issuer to process the refund.
