Production times, delivery and returns
Product lead time: We manufacture all our products in-house and process orders in order of priority. Production times vary depending on the time of year, generally between 2 to 4 weeks.
Delivery: Free for orders of $300 or more in North America. We are not responsible for customs fees for shipments to the United States or other countries. A delivery charge of $15 is applied for orders under $300.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. Except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. -
